I didn't come into marketing through a traditional path - I came in through a side door, took on more than was in my job description, and found out I was pretty good at it.
I work with what I have - a bit of creativity, a lot of curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast. I build things, figure out what works by paying attention to the data, and keep showing up with ideas. That's still how I operate.
